Horrible Holocaust

Over the past term, we have been doing a website about the Holocaust. We have been learning about the Holocaust and about Hitler. We started off reading a book called "Once" it is a book about the Holocaust and WW2 (World War Two). Then when we got halfway through the book my teacher Mr Gillstrom set a task. we also rote some explanation features. 

Our task was to make a google site and come up with questions starting with "who what when where why and how" like who gave Hitler permission to kill Jewish people.? How did Jewish people hide during the Holocaust?

Then we had to make some connections with the world and the book "Once". Like the feeling of getting lost. I make a website with all of the information on it. the LINK to my google site.

Over the past week the teacher introdutced Hundertwasser art at first I thought it was a bit weird NO STRIGHT lines WHAT! I thought of this for a long time then I got to work I used complementry colors to make my art. This is my Hundertwasser art hope you like it. How was your Easter holiday?

Welcome back to my blog. For today we were working on how to say wheather in Maori. We looked through a few different slides that showed how to say it and things you can say back if someone asks you that. There are different replies to say if someone asks you that like Kei Te Were which means it is hot. And there are much more replies. And our activity was to make a poster showing different replies to that question and making it look creative. Here is my work. Do you know how to speak what the weather is now?

Today is Wednesday so we have tech. For tech, we go to a school because we do not have a tech centre at marshland school. For this activity, our teaches asked us what would we do in these scenarios our teaches printed out and made us fill out our copy we had to do different scenarios one was about playing bball and the other was about a school disco. Lastly, we had to to tell you the consciences about each scenario so the one about the disco the conscience would be you would get left out and the consciences for the bball would be getting beaten up Thanks for reading. what would you do?

Today we have been learning about the treaty of Waitangi and some of the disagreements we were asked to right in either the British perspective or the Maori perceptive who had been living there all of there life  I chose the British perceptive so I put it on Voki Hope you enjoy.
