Pushups

Push Ups are an exercise which are good for your strengthening upper body. Push ups are a helpful exercise because they are fast and easy, and when done four times a day for a month, you will get stronger. Some people think pushups are hard, but with practice they become easy.
Here are the steps for doing a pushup.
Step.1 Firstly, find a clear spot at least five steps away from the wall.
Step 2
Lay down on your tummy.
Step 3
Place your palms near your armpits on the ground, in line with your heart.
Step 4
Next your toes need to be 30 centimeters apart
Step 5 Push your arms and straighten them and All of your body should rise off the ground.
Step 6 Slowly lower yourself down
Step 7
Repeat until you feel tired.
Tip 1 Take some water with you.
