Pushups By Harvey Push Ups are an exercise which are good for your strengthening upper body. Some people think pushups are hard, but with practice they become easy. Here are the steps for doing a pushup. Step.1 Firstly, find a clear spot at least five steps away from the wall. Step 2 Lay down on your tummy. Step 3 Place your palms near your armpits on the ground, in line with your heart. Step 4 Next your toes need to be 30 centimeters apart Step 5 Push your arms and straighten them and All of your body should rise off the ground. Step 6 Slowly lower yourself down Step 7 Repeat until you feel tired. Tip 1 Take some water with you.
